The Beach is devoted to the Island of St. John. This includes promoting tourism to St. John. If you have a rental property on St. John and would like to promote your property on TheBeach.vi, we invite you to contact us today. There is no charge for The Beach to put a link to your Villa on our site, all we ask for is a recipricol link.
If you would like a photo of your villa on our villas page, there is a charge of $100 per year with a return link to us.
For those who cannot, or do not want to put a link to us, we charge $50 a year for a one way text link and $150 per year for a photo link.
If you do not have a website for your villa and would like one, please contact us, we would be more than happy to help you set up a site for your villa. Co-branded sites (http://yourvilla.thebeach.vi) can be set up for as little as $250 per year and we can also set up and build a "yourvilla.com" or "yourvilla.vi" site for very reasonable rates.
