Upon return of the camera, customer has the option of keeping the Micro SD card (SD converter included) for a fee ($20 for a 16 GB) or having the video transfered to DVD as raw files or converted to DVD format ($10 charge for either). Files will be transfered to customer's own external hard drive, flash drive, etc. at no charge.
Due to the slow nature of internet on the island, we are unable to send files to services like Drop Box but we will maintain a copy for you if you wish and can later mail a copy on DVD via USPS for $10 plus the cost of shipping.
